HAIL REPAIR PROLUBBOCK · TX
Real Local vs
Fake Local
After a big storm, out-of-town shops flood Lubbock with slick ads, and most people can’t tell the difference. Don’t hand your vehicle to just anyone. We’ve been doing this since 2004 and serving Lubbock since 2017, every single storm since.
- ✓In Lubbock since 2017 , every storm since
- ✓Local employees, not an out-of-state crew
- ✓All parts sourced from local dealerships
- ✓A lifetime warranty you can actually use
The storm-chaser shuffle
When hail hits, shops from Colorado and Oklahoma roll into Lubbock with big advertising budgets and polished marketing. To most folks, they look exactly like a local shop. But they’re here for fast money during the season. Once the storms move on, they pack up and disappear. If something ever goes wrong with your repair, good luck finding them again.
We’ve actually been here
Hail Repair Pro has been doing paintless hail repair since 2004 and serving Lubbock since 2017, and we’ve worked every single hail storm since. We’re not chasing a season. This is our home, our name, and our reputation, and we’ll be right here long after the storm-chasers are gone.
We hire local & buy local
When you choose us, your dollars stay in West Texas. We hire local employees. We don’t bus in a crew from another state, and we buy all of our parts from local dealerships, including Scoggin-Dickey Chevrolet Buick GMC, Gene Messer, Frank Brown GMC & Honda, McGavock Nissan & Toyota, Mears Mazda & Volvo, and Frontier Dodge, plus dealers out in Levelland and Brownfield. Sourcing locally keeps those dealerships busy and gets your parts faster.
A warranty is only good if the shop is still here
Our lifetime warranty means something because we’ll still be in Lubbock to stand behind it. A storm-chaser’s “warranty” vanishes when they leave town. Choose the shop that isn’t going anywhere.
Lubbock trusts the real thing
“Went with the local shop instead of one of those storm-chaser tents — best decision. Real people, real shop, real warranty.”
“You can tell the difference when a place is actually part of the community. These guys are Lubbock through and through.”
